This new restaurant has a philosophy of natural, unmanipulated food, and the venue's main rule in dealing with any dish is to avoid obscuring its intrinsic taste. All sauces are served on the side, and the chef himself bakes bread and cheese, and produces tomatoes and duck. All furniture is created by designer Maxim Shtoda, including the restoration of the unique antique armchairs. With the open kitchen, you can watch the food being prepared while enjoying nice background music. The “Wildly Hungry” section in the menu will shorten your wait from the time of ordering to only 5 minutes. And remember the restaurant’s motto “Be so kind, have a bite” works 100%! As it usually happens, the cozy atmosphere, stylish interior, fresh and delicious food ingredients, top cooks, and quality sound by Apart Audio all make the venue work round the clock, because the patrons just don’t want to leave.
